Regarding changes made to the sakaihelp document previously titled, In Oncourse CL, how do I post an announcement or assignment I previously saved as a draft?

The two documents in the left column below resulted from my work on the original document (in the top right cell). My comments, including some "to-do" tasks, are in the bottom right cell.

Comments:

I split original docid=apkg (above, right) into two docs, one each for announcements and assignments, which are different enough to merit separate docs.

I expanded the content of each to better mirror workflow. The original lacked (IMHO) any insight into what questions and/or options might crop up while performing the task.

Refs updated to new docs.

In each doc, "menubar" heated; "project site" is not, because it points to docid=aqbd (Oncourse CL official course sites and project sites), which because of its IU-specific content is in domain oncoursecl

*Each doc would also ref new docs:

  • User task: Saving a draft of an assignment (docid=aqrn) Placeholder doc; needs to be written or removed. Can break out info from docid=zzzh (Adding, editing, duplicating, or deleting an assignment), but be careful of phrase, "Only instructors can view drafts." This should change, because anyone (given the proper rights) can create an assignment. We should avoid using the terms "instructor" and "student".
  • User task: Saving a draft of an announcement Instead of deleting docid=apkb (In Oncourse CL, how do I revise an announcement?), revise content to match User task

* Docid=aqrp (left) begs new doc User task: What is the Honor Pledge, and how to I add it to an assignment I create?

* Old refs (above, right) beg removal of docid=apkd, apkf, which are now covered by docid=aqor

* How many other docs require the same attention?
